Internal Sales Executive

Based: Derby – Hybrid Working – Flexible Hours Available

Salary: £20k – £25K Dependent upon Experience, + Bonuses, Achievable OTE £35k +, plus Company Benefits and Personal and Career Development

Docuflow is an expanding UK provider of technology workplace solutions we have a client base across the United Kingdom whom we provide office print devices, hybrid and outsourced mail, software, and workflow solutions. We help organisations on their digital transformation journey as they move away from print and paper-based processes to be replaced with document, content management, automation, digital forms and workflows.

As Docuflow continues our growth plan, we are now looking to recruit a self-motivated, target driven Internal Sales Consultant, who will be responsible for generating new sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound telephone calls, making contact via email, marketing via social media platforms and supporting the Director and Sales staff. The role will report to the Director where there will be daily interaction and working closely with the field sales.

  • Previous experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce
  • Familiar with Office 365, Work, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

What you will be doing

  • Target organisations with a turnover more than £2m to identify new opportunities for our services and solutions
  • Promoting Docuflow to new customers and drive sales activity forward
  • Achieving revenue and gross margin targets
  • Ensure all prospect and suspect accounts are fully profiled with accurate information
  • Collaboratively work with field sales colleagues and agree on plan of action to promote Docuflow within new accounts
  • When required, support face-to-face customer meetings to increase conversion of the opportunity pipeline
  • Build effective relationships with prospective and existing customers to enable a consultative selling approach
  • Contacting prospects via the telephone
  • Promoting Docuflow on social media
  • Accountable for managing all sales activity to ensure the required levels of output and customer intelligence is created
